14 Credit Hours – The IICRC-approved Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) course will help service providers reach professional status and establish themselves as the carpet expert. Reduce callbacks, control chemical costs, know how to recognize carpet problems before they snag you. No question is left unanswered in this comprehensive course. For those managing floor care in facilities, you will gain the expertise to manage programs, subcontractors, and/or develop and manage in-house carpet care teams.

Course Description: During class Students will learn the practical application of, identifying fiber, yarn and carpet constructions, style types and finishes, soiling conditions, cleaning science and methodology, and other issues and concerns faced by individuals who maintain and clean installed broadloom carpets.

HANDS-ON KIT:
Each student will receive a carpet cleaning demonstration kit in the mail so that they can have a hands-on class experience at home. Students will be able to interact with carpet pieces to get a feel for how the carpet is constructed. Learning how to identify different carpet styles will help them to understand what the best method for cleaning it is.

This class will be hosted live stream, through Zoom for a total of 3 days. Each session will be 6 hours. The class is scheduled for Tuesday, June 23 – Thursday, June 25.  The full schedule is listed below:
